I was in Prince George for a short work trip, and I didn’t expect much when it came to food. The first couple of meals I had were kind of bland, and I started thinking the only choices were fast food or hotel dining. But one of my coworkers who’s from PG told me I just had to look beyond the obvious spots. He was right. We went to this quirky little place for brunch one morning — not even on Google Maps when I searched earlier, but it had the best eggs benny I’ve had in a while, with homemade hollandaise and perfectly crispy hashbrowns.
