Guidelines to help provide an outstanding Concierge Mobile Haircut experience

At Fly Cutz, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Fly Cutz experience. Some are rules, but many are just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us an email or message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.

Be Considerate

Fly Cutz is a very popular Barber service. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
